Ikon Base Pass (2026/27)
The Ikon Base Pass is a lower-cost Ikon season pass option with access to most of the Ikon destination network, including unlimited access at 15 destinations and up to 5 days each at many additional destinations, subject to limited blackout dates.
Lower-Cost Ikon Access with Limited Blackout Dates
The Ikon Base Pass is designed for guests who want broad Ikon access at a lower price than the full Ikon Pass. It includes unlimited access at 15 destinations and up to 5 days each at many additional destinations.
This is a strong option if you can plan around the limited blackout dates and do not need access to premium destinations such as Deer Valley, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Alta, Snowbasin, or the full four-mountain Aspen Snowmass network.
Included Resort Access
Unlimited access: Included at 15 Ikon Base Pass destinations.
Up to 5 days each: Included at many additional Ikon destinations, subject to destination rules and blackout dates.
Aspen Snowmass Update: For 2026/27, the Ikon Base Pass includes up to 5 days at Snowmass only. Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk are not included on the standard Ikon Base Pass.
Limited blackout dates apply: If you need unrestricted holiday access or access to all premium Ikon destinations, consider the full Ikon Pass instead.

The Ikon Base Pass has limited blackout dates at participating destinations.
Northern Hemisphere blackout dates:

Southern Hemisphere blackout dates:

Important destination notes:
- Some destinations may require advance reservations or other resort-specific redemption steps.
- Loon Mountain requires lift reservations for the 2026/27 winter season.
- Some destinations require checking in at the ticket window before lift access.
- Access days may be combined across grouped destinations such as Killington/Pico, SkiBig3, and select New Zealand destinations.
- Snowmass is included on the Ikon Base Pass, but Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk are not included.
- Destination participation, benefits, reservation rules, and redemption procedures may change.

Refundable Option & Injury Insurance
Ski Trip Advisors sells the standard non-refundable version of the Ikon Base Pass. After your purchase is processed, you will redeem your Ikon Base Pass product through your Ikon account.

You may upgrade the standard non-refundable pass to Ikon’s separately priced Refundable Option by contacting Ikon Pass directly within 24 hours of redeeming your Ikon promo code.
The Refundable Option is purchased and administered separately through Ikon and is not sold by Ski Trip Advisors.
If you add the Refundable Option: Subject to Ikon’s official terms, cancellation is available through January 15, 2027. A pass with no qualifying winter scans may be eligible for a full refund; one qualifying winter scan may be eligible for a 50% refund; two or more qualifying winter scans are not refundable.
Spot Injury Insurance: Optional Spot Injury Insurance may also be available through Ikon at the time of promo-code redemption. This is separate from the Refundable Option and may help cover eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses resulting from an injury while using the pass.
