TICKET PICKUP

When you buy your tickets in advance you’ll save and we’ll have your tickets ready for you in the Steamboat Ticket Office. Enter the Steamboat Ticket Office and look for the Advanced Purchase Lift Tickets desk.

KIDS SKI FREE

Steamboat's Kids Ski Free and Grandkids Ski Free programs enable children 12 years of age and under to ski free the same number of days as their parent, grandparent, or legal guardian when the parent, grandparent, or legal guardian purchase a 5-or-more day adult lift ticket.

QUICKTRAX LIFT CARD RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID) TECHNOLOGY

QuickTrax lift cards utilizes RFID hands-free technology that allows guests to keep their pass/ticket in their pocket or under their coat as they pass through scanners at the Gondola, Christie Peak Express and Thunderhead Lift. You can leave your gloves on your hands and your lift ticket in your pocket.

REFUND POLICY

All lifts purchased, whether unused or partially used, will be non-refundable unless there is a medical reason and documentation for such refund, or if there is a trip cancellation. Proof of medical reason or trip cancellation will be required along with the ID number from the QuickTrax card. All refunds must be processed through Ski Trip Advisors. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. All refund requests, injury refunds, unused trip cancellation tickets and proper documentation must be returned to no later than the last day of the season.
